V International Meeting of the breweriana collectors in Minsk on April 7, 2012
Belarusian breweriana collectors club "Piwniya Volaty" invites you to participate in the V International Breweriana Collectors Meeting in Minsk.

Event program
The main program of the Meeting will be follow the traditional "exchange & communicate" style and will include the following:
Providing a place at the table to each participant for making exchange
Draft beer (included in participation fee)
Communication with colleagues
Beer competitions
Souvenirs from "Piwniya Volaty" (included in participation fee)
Drawing of a valuable prize* among the registered participants
* "Valuable prize" is a bottle of limited release cellar reserve beer, aged in oak bourbon bottles (produced by an American brewery).
In addition, the following extra activities will be organized:
April 6, 9:30 - 22:00 - excursion to Polotsk city, visiting a number of Belarusian sights, with a visit to the Polotsk brewery
April 7, 19:00 - 22:00 - friendly dinner in the Pipl'z restaurant
Guest Accommodation
For the guests planning to stay in Minsk over a day, we offer accommodation at RIPO hotel (12 Korolia Street, 12).

Participation cost
The preliminary cost of participation in the Meeting*:
Exchange meeting - 150.000 Belarusian rubles (less than 20 USD). "Piwnyia Volaty" members get a 50% discount.
Excursion to Polotsk - 150.000 Belarusian rubles (less than 20 USD)
Accommodation at the hotel - about 200.000 Belarusian rubles (less than 25 USD) for a single room
Friendly dinner - according to the order, the average bill for dinner is approximately 100.000 Belarusian rubles (less than 15 USD)
* Participation fee may change by the time of the Meeting because of changes in financial markets, changes in the prices of service providers and other unforeseen circumstances

You are kindly requested to register before March 20, 2012. Otherwise, the Organizers do not guarantee room availability at the hotel.
If you can not fill out a form online, leave a request for the organizers (contacts are below) in arbitrary form.
If necessary (for example, for the foreign visitors to obtain a visa), the organizers can send an official invitation.
