Temat transliteracji nazw ukraińskich na angielski tylko liznąłem. Co innego transkrypcja na polski. Można spróbować poszukać o transliteracji na angielski w necie. Oficjalnie, podstawowe zasady wyznacza postanowienie nr 9 Komisji ds. Terminologii Prawnej Rady Najwyższej Ukrainy z dn. 19 IV 1996.
