Kolor ciemnobrązowy. Ładna, puszysta, umiarkowanie trwała piana. W zapachu przyjemny aromat chmielowy, do tego miła baza słodowo-ejlowa. Nie wpadłbym, na to, ze to sweet stout, ale nic dziwnego, bo tego stylu jeszcze nie piłem. Piwo w smaku pełne, z umiarkowaną, ładną goryczką. Na pewno nie za słodkie. Nasycenie całkiem spore. Kawy ani czekolady nie wyczułem. Żona zadowolona, a ejli nie znosi. Mnie również smakowało. Chapeau bas!

Faktycznie nie jest takie słodkie jak się początkowo wydawało. Niestety jak większość z mojej piwnicy nieco zbyt estrowe - problemy z temperaturą.

Takie typowo ejlowe owocki, dla mnie jest ich ciut za dużo. Może to kwestia tego, że wolałbym raczej aromaty kawowe czy czekoladowe
