Tak jeszcze mi się przypomniało. Kiedy jak kiedy, ale w zeszlym roku BJ na 100% stosował otwartą fermentację. Jestem w stanie się o to założyć np. o beczkę piwa, mimo, że nie zwiedzałem browaru i nie "zaglądałem w każdy kąt"
PS. Maila puściłem na PW a z zdjęć fermentowni jak nie było tak nie ma
